Go to the picture(s) you want in the group and on the right somewhere should be a button that says "Submit to group" click that and go to "type a group name" and type in the group you want to submit your pic in. And pick what folder to put it in.

also, make sure you've joined the group. You have to be a member to some if you want to submit pics into their gallery.
